This Company holds them on discretionary trust for a class of beneficiaries including Mr Wills and Mr Seymour-Prosser; shares held by the Bank of New York (Nominees) Limited, (a substantial shareholder), are held on discretionary trust for a class of beneficiaries including Mr Seymour-Prosser.
