Overview It is the aim of the Directors to generate long term capital growth for the benefit of shareholders and in this respect to provide shareholders with the best possible return on their investment by enhancing share value as the sites within the Company's portfolio are developed and exploited. The Directors intend to raise additional funding to broaden the shareholder base and to take advantage of new investment opportunities. The Board also intend to keep shareholders informed of the Company's developments and, where appropriate, may seek shareholder approval for any major transactions. The Company is seeking to deliver value to its Shareholders through long term capital growth arising from the maximisation of development opportunities available from its existing and future property assets.
