Share Price Movement
The Board of CGP notes the movement in the Company's share price during yesterday and last week's trading, but reports that it is not aware of anything corporate which, if made public, could lead to such a movement in the price of its ordinary shares.
The Board of CGP also notes the recent article in the Isle of Thanet Gazette on 17 April 2009 regarding the Company making a £3 million offer for the purchase of land at Columbus Avenue in Kent however investors should be aware that no agreement has been reached and any agreement would remain subject to contract and suitable finance. The Company will make a further announcement in due course.
