The Company has posted a Notice of EGM at which a Special Resolution will be put to Shareholders that the name of the Company be changed to Commercial group properties Plc with effect from 26 June 2009.
The EGM will be held at the offices of Chromex Mining, 36 Dover Street, London W1S 4NH on Thursday 25 June 2009 at 11.15.
